Jeffrey Shirbroun

Jeffrey Shirbroun is a freelance dancer and artist based in New York City, originally from Seattle. A former member of Graham 2 and a certified instructor of the Graham technique, he is currently on faculty at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance.

He has performed at the American Dance Festival in Martha Graham’s iconic Diversion of Angels, as the Turkey in The Owl and the Pussycat, at the Graham Holiday Performance, and in Secular Games at EFSD. Jeffrey has also danced with the Taylor Outreach Ensemble in celebrated works such as Aureole and Duet.

Beyond dance, Jeffrey has a passion for music, cooking, languages, and humor. He is thrilled to be joining Chronicle Dance Theater for their inaugural season.
